Meta just released a fresh look at its all-time best-selling VR games — and while staples like Beat Saber and Job Simulator dominate, you might be surprised by the big-budget titles that didn’t even crack the top 50.

Meta has published its official list of the most successful VR games ever on the Quest platform. The ranking covers the top 50 best-selling VR titles since the original Quest launched, offering a fascinating window into the tastes and priorities of the Quest community.

What stands out right away: the classics absolutely run the table. Beat Saber is the undisputed #1, followed by the comedic sandbox Job Simulator and action-puzzle innovator Superhot VR. The affordable, no-frills boxing sim The Thrill of the Fight punches in at fifth, while the PC streaming utility Virtual Desktop lands at a surprising sixth.

But the real headline? Meta’s own expensive AAA games are nowhere to be found. Neither Asgard’s Wrath 2 — with its blockbuster marketing push — nor Batman: Arkham Shadow made the cut. Both were bundled as freebies with Quest 3 and Quest 3S headsets. Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR is also notably absent from the list.
